Doha British School is celebrating 20 years of excellence this year.

Established in 1997, Doha British School (DBS) is an independent international school dedicated to the educational attainment and life chances of all learners. With nearly 1800 students (with just under 700 students in the Secondary School), our student body comprises more than 80 different nationalities, the largest representation are British. In 2014 we have opened another branch in Al Wakrah that caters students from Pre-school through Year 9.

DBS is a welcoming vibrant international school that provides a first class education. We offer (I) GCSE in years 10 and 11, AS Levels in year 12 and offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme in years 12 and 13. We are fully accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), British Schools Overseas (BSO), British Schools in the Middle East (BSME) and were the first international school in Qatar to have received the Qatar National Schools Association (QNSA) accreditation emphasizing our commitment to the 2030 vision of Qatar.
